FOLLOW THIS STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO UPDATE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.
To ensure that shipping addresses are verified and input by our backers, we are no longer able to take emails / Kickstarter messages / or DMs to our social media for backer address updates starting on September 1, 2021. Thanks for your understanding!
STEP 1 - FIND THE LINK IN YOUR EMAIL
Look in your email inbox for your confirmation email, similar to the one you see in the screenshot.
Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation email. Click on the link to view and manage your pledge.

STEP 2 - SCROLL DOWN AND CLICK "EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS"
When you click on the link from your email, a web browser page will open up to your CrowdOx pledge page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on the text “EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS” to update or change your shipping address.

STEP 3 - UPDATE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND CLICK UPDATE
Update your shipping address to the appropriate location you'd like to receive Dogs BOND when we ship.
Click "Update" to ensure your changes are recorded.
If you do not click "Update" your changes will not be saved.
THAT'S IT!
You should be returned to the CrowdOx page and your details below should be updated.
