Black History Month - An opportunity to have open and honest conversations and celebrate our shared history.
Feb 7 to Feb 14 - Have a Heart for Chained Dogs Week - As champions of animals, rights and care we sometimes hear about challenging situations that our rescue organizations are needed to respond towards. Share a true story!
Feb 20 to Feb 26 - National Justice for Animals Week - Shouldn't be too hard to continue the conversation! Let's talk about breed specific legislation, apartment regulations, rental agreements that make it challenging to find pets the right homes. But also, what your supporters can be mindful of when they are voting on these types of issues in our communities.

Feb 3: #GoldenRetrieverDay - A day to celebrate our golden-est friends!
Feb 10: #InventorsDay - Well, Alex kind of became an inventor when he created Dogs BOND. So you know at least one inventor!
Feb 13: #PuppyBowl - If you're not into sports, the Puppy Bowl is definitely something that you can watch!
Feb 14: Pet Theft Awareness Day - No official hashtag, but definitely this is a topic that can be evaluated from many different angles. Some good tips and tricks on how to protect your animal is probably a great set of insights to share.
Feb 16: #RandomActsOfKindnessDay - What could be better? When you're out for a walk, maybe bring a few extra treats and share them with your neighbors at the park or on your walk.
Feb 20: #LoveYourPetDay - Well, isn't this really every day?
Feb 22: #WalkYourDogDay - Again... I think it's every day.
Feb 23: #DogBiscuit - An internationally recognized day for those wonderful treat that give our fur-friends and family such wonderful smiles.
Feb 25: Spay Day USA / World Spay Day - Use #HSVMA to spread awareness and show support for the Humane Society Veterinary Medical Association.
